Register ASA & ACE Frequently Asked Questions
How do I login? NOTE: If you have not taken the ACE Certification online in previous years, or had a previous login. Click “create a member” profile on the login page of registerasa.com. Complete the form and submit. An email will be sent to you from ASA. Click the link in the email to activate your account. You can sign in using your new username and password.
Tournament Entry Procedures
- INVITATIONAL — Contact district or state commissioner for sites, dates and host contact host for entry procedure and information. Provide host a copy of ASA roster. MUST HAVE CURRENT ASA CARD TO VERIFY MEMBERSHIP.
Team Classification
All teams request the class they want to compete in for Championship Play. The classification they have selected is subject to change by their District Commissioners.
The Classification Board meets on Sunday, June 12th, 2 p.m. APPEALS MUST BE MADE TO THE BOARD THROUGH THEIR DISTRICT COMMISSIONER. Final appeals are made to your Executive Committee and their decision is FINAL. Teams and players may participate in more than one division of play. Teams must play in the same class as the team was entered in championship play.

A Brief Tour of Our New Website:
We hope to make our organization and its members come together through use of this website. You can use this website as a place to:
- Register with RegisterASA. (See the button in the red promotional area, to the left of the photos, above.)
- Find Up-To-Date Tournament Information. Finding tournament information is now much easier! You can find tournaments in any of the following ways:
- Through the "Upcoming Tournaments" box, on the upper left part of the front page of the website, will show events scheduled for the next 60 days.
- Go directly to the tournament category of your choice by choosing it from the "Tournaments" drop-down menu, found on every page of the website.
- Visit the main tournament page by clicking on "Tournaments" instead of choosing from the drop-down menu; you'll see the first three results from every category.
- Coming Soon: Register your team for tournaments through this website.
- Find State and District Information. Choose "Arkansas ASA Staff" from the menu at the top of any page. You can click on the "Arkansas ASA Staff" menu to see a map of all districts, or go directly to the district of your choice by selecting it from the drop-down menu.
- Find Rules and Other Information in the Help Topics section, including such topics as Machine Pitching Rules, Team Classification, and more.
- Plus! See Popular Areas at the bottom of every page. Click on a random article, and you'll be carried to that page.
