1. INVITATIONAL — Contact district or state commissioner for sites, dates and host contact host for entry procedure and information. Provide host a copy of ASA roster. MUST HAVE CURRENT ASA CARD TO VERIFY MEMBERSHIP.
2. DISTRICT — Contact district commissioner for district tournament information; i.e. classes of play, dates: sites, entry fee, etc. Entry fee must be paid to district commissioner along with a copy of team’s ASA roster.
3. STATE — Contact district commissioner for state tournament information; i.e. classes of play, dates, sites, entry fee, etc. All entries for state tournaments must be made through your district commissioner. Entry fee must be paid to district commissioner along with a copy of team’s ASA roster who will acquire your berth in the state tournament.
4. REGIONAL/NATIONAL — The host site of a state tournament and/or the state commissioner will provide appropriate information and forms to teams qualifying for regional and national play. Contact district commissioner or state commissioner for tournament information; i.e. dates, sites, entry fee, etc. Entry fee must be paid before leaving the state, tournament site when a team qualifies for regional play, or could be paid to your district commissioner in the event a team advances directly to regional play and bypasses state play due to their higher classification.

NOTE: All teams qualifying for regional play and/or national tournaments through state play MUST pay their team entry fee to the state tournament director before leaving the tournament. Otherwise, the next place team will be given the opportunity to represent the state in regional play.
